Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
form, maintain and end professional and ethical social work relationships with clients, colleagues and supervisors in a human service organisation
demonstrate and critically reflect on effective engagement and communication with clients, colleagues, supervisors and other key stakeholders
analyse the role of social work and ways in which a social work services are provided within the organisation and practice field
analyse, apply and critically reflect on social work knowledge, including theoretical and research knowledge, to understand and inform social work practice in this agency and identify learning needs
