Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

identify and justify management related industry problems, issues or opportunities worthy of investigation.

create and present an ethical and achievable research design based on justifiable and evidence-based methods

critically review and synthesise literature with regard to relevant research problems, issues or opportunities.

develop, pilot and apply critical research tools that have the potential to solicit required data to analyse a given problem, issue or opportunity.
