Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Identify the key elements that differentiates Agile from traditional project management approaches, and discuss the benefits and disadvantages of the various methods in order to apply the best approach to a given situation.
Understand principles, values, tools and techniques in order to effectively apply Agile to a project.
Demonstrate understanding of the hybridised way in which Agile and traditional project management approaches are employed.
