Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
explore the contexts of organisational environments to identify and respond to drivers supporting and negating opportunities for innovative change
apply a range of management and leadership theories to health, social and community services to critically explore the efficacy of each theory in achieving innovative change
propose innovative change framework in health, social and community care settings including planning, implementation and evaluation
