Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

analyse the principles and concepts of core intellectual property rights

apply intellectual property principles to transactional contexts

interpret and critique emerging trends in intellectual property law

integrate and solve IP issues and reflect on their implication(s)
