Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
explore the everyday practices and events in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and community organisations as behaviour with immense administrative potential
explore and evaluate the re-positioning of administrative and human resource systems required to accommodate and tap the latent potential of Indigenous family and community organisation
examine effective and shared value systems and procedures for new ways in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community organisations and business.
