Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in the modern hospitality industry;
identify and analyse the role of the regulatory environment in shaping operating practices in the hospitality industry;
demonstrate the capability to identify and propose a leadership practice that demonstrates ethical behaviour;
demonstrate the knowledge and skills to reflect upon the challenges of compliance and ethics.
