Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate knowledge of securing and holding gainful employment in the hospitality industry
identify and analyse the larger social, industrial and economic forces that shape employment opportunities in the hospitality industry
demonstrate the capability to apply a theory studied at The Hotel School in the hospitality industry
demonstrate the knowledge and skills to reflect upon the challenges of driving career progression in the hospitality industry.
