Experience the remarkable journey of human movement! In this unit, you will learn about how our body’s ability to move efficiently and proficiently changes across our lifespan and the pivotal role it plays in our everyday lives. You will study typical and atypical developmental trajectories and the many factors that interact to influence them. Whether you aspire to be an exercise scientist, exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, coach, teacher or more, this unit provides powerful knowledge and skills to understand what it means to design and run developmentally appropriate activities, programs and interventions.

Learning outcomes
