Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

identify and evaluate current emerging trends and issues as part of a tender

design the tender requirements for a program of investigation to gather the required data to resolve a well-defined engineering problem

produce detailed costing and work schedules for a tender

develop a skills and competency matrix for a team to meet the tender requirements to deliver a project that incorporates diverse cultural and Indigenous perspectives

reflect on and self-assess development of proficiency in the Engineers Australia Stage 1 Competencies for Engineering Associates

prepare a bid evaluation report for an engineering project, working in a team.
