Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
analyse and evaluate theories and strategies for creating inclusive, adaptive learning environments that support all learners;
apply positive behaviour management techniques and adaptive strategies in the learning environment to foster respectful and productive dynamics while supporting diverse learners and promoting a sense of belonging;
integrate social-emotional learning strategies into classroom culture that promote learner well-being, resilience, and positive interactions;
critically evaluate the inclusivity and adaptability of educational practices and socio-technical circumstances, identifying areas for improvement based on student feedback and observational data.
