Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
critically examine and review the literature associated with pedagogic frameworks to understand the teacher’s role in shaping effective and transformative teaching practices;
apply pedagogical frameworks to education designs to lead change and foster a classroom environment that encourages risk-taking and innovation
identify and analyse challenges to implementing pedagogical frameworks, proposing solutions to support sustainable change;
facilitate collaborative decision-making processes with colleagues, learners and stakeholders, to achieve client-centric educational designs.
