The unit provides students with a theoretical knowledge of network and infrastructure security and practical skills to secure computer networks and critical infrastructure.

Learning outcomes

analyse and mitigate vulnerabilities in distributed systems

design a comprehensive network security plan that includes monitoring and incident response strategies.
