Enrolment information

The purpose of work integrated learning is to apply knowledge and skills from the current degree to the work placement. As such advanced standing for prior work experience will not be considered for this unit. All internship placements must be approved by the Unit Assessor for BUSN6007.

Unit description

Students will complete a 150-hour placement with a suitable organisation to evaluate the knowledge gained throughout their degree.

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. Internet access and a computer headset will be required for the compulsory debrief assessment using Blackboard Collaborate. An online study guide and readings are available within the unit’s MySCU site. Additionally, students must access their SCU email accounts regularly (at least weekly).
