Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

Determine the key functional areas that underpin routine and irregular airline operations
Determine the key functional areas that underpin airline operations and activities
Demonstrate professional, effective and persuasive communication through written reports and oral presentations relating to the planning, management and development of airlines
