Current short term programs
Teaching practice and perspectives in Vietnam- Faculty of Education
This program will provide pre service teachers an in depth understanding of Vietnamese history, culture, language and education. A program this year will commence in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam, and be hosted by a representative from the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO)'s Regional Training Centre in Vietnam. The itinerary includes attending schools/or early childhood centres, events that are of cultural and historical significance such as the water puppets show; night markets; and a tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Pre-service teachers visit five schools or early childhood centres, where they observe classes and participate in the school’s/early childhood centre’s teaching and learning.

| Program cost | $3000 AUD includes two weeks accommodation and weekend excursions. |
| Financial assistance | $1500 AUD NCP grant , and OS Help loan. |
