Business Intelligence and Quality (BIQ)

Business Intelligence and Quality (BIQ) sits within the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Academic Quality.

BIQ supports the University through:

 Business Intelligence

• Gathering, analysing and presenting institutional data to generate insights that inform University decision making
• Conducting surveys and collating feedback from students

 Reporting

• Collecting, validating and reporting student data and information to external agencies

 Quality

• Managing institutional and course quality assurance reviews
• Undertaking site visits to assure the educational quality of onshore and offshore third party partnerships

 Compliance

• Monitoring compliance with legislation and identifying and mitigating compliance risks
• Reporting compliance to the regulator, Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA)
