Southern Cross University is opening its doors to prospective students next week for information days across its Gold Coast, Lismore and Coffs Harbour campuses.

The days are aimed to help students make their decision of where to study in 2013. Last year more than 700 people attended information days across the three campuses. Friends and relatives are welcome to attend to explore the University’s three diverse campuses and guided campus tours will also be run.

“We see SCU Info Days as a very helpful tool in assisting prospective students in their decision-making process,” Janet Hanlan, head of Marketing and Recruitment at SCU, said.

“Attendees can meet with lecturers, attend information sessions on any course options, receive career advice and gather information material that can assist them to hit the ground running should they attend Southern Cross University.

“It also helps prospective students familiarise themselves with the campuses so if they choose to attend the University they have an idea of where to find essential services and teaching facilities.

“Current students will also be on hand to talk about university life.”
