Southern Cross University researcher Susan Westwood is seeking more participants for a study exploring and analysing the personal experiences of people living with chronic pain.

Ms Westwood said the study, which will run for about four months, sought to gain a deeper understanding of the untold stories associated with living with chronic pain.

She said it was open to any adult sufferer.

“So far participants include those who suffer from migraines and back and knee problems,” she said.

“I am starting with a small group of participants on Wednesday but hope to be able to get about four more people to join the group.”

Ms Westwood said meeting times for the group would be made flexible depending on the availability of participants.

Anyone interested in becoming involved can contact Ms Westwood on (02) 6620 3302 or 0418 491 894.
