Analytical charges

EAL offer quality analytical services at commercially competitive prices. As analytical requirements vary considerably, charges for each suite of analysis can be negotiated separately.

Please note:

• Sample specific quotes can be negotiated and customised on request.
• Payment is requested on delivery of samples; EFTPOS and cheques are accepted. Invoices are available, with prior approval from accounts administration, and may incur an additional fee.
• An admin batch charge of $33.00 +GST applies per sample type (certificate of analysis) for each sample
  submission form. A 50% discount applies to each admin charge where more than one sample type is included on a submission form.
• Urgent turn-around times are available for selected tests, on request. These incur 100% surcharge for one working day; 50% for two; 25% for three and 12.5% for four working days service (note samples must arrive at the laboratory by noon to ensure these turnaround times).
• Subcontracted analyses are sent to approved laboratories.
• On-site sample collection by qualified staff is available at a base rate of $176.00+GST per hour.

Paying an invoice

Invoices can be paid through a secure Payment Portal, by credit card in person at EAL Reception or over the phone.

• The Payment Portal can be accessed by scanning the QR code on a printed invoice or from a computer screen.

If scanning the QR code on screen does not work, increase the size of the QR code and try again.

Scanning the QR code will bring up the payment portal with invoice details pre-filled for payment.

Click on 'Menu', then 'Trade Customers', then 'Pay an invoice'

Enter the account number (including the leading zeros), invoice number and amount to pay.

If you wish to pay multiple invoices, please enter one of those invoice numbers and enter the total amount to be paid.

Add to cart and complete payment.

Clients with cash on delivery (COD) status are required to pay the invoice before the Certificate of Analysis will be released.
