Be part of the movement towards a circular economy for a greener future with the Circular Economy High School Curriculum Package, a collection of lesson outlines aligned to the Sustainability cross-curriculum priority and the Australian Curriculum Version 9 General Capabilities, and an accompanying resource for educators.

The package includes 20 lesson outlines, worksheet briefs, custom-made videos featuring industry and research experts, external educational resources and more.

Students will learn about the circular economy and how they can participate in it. They will engage in discussions, activities and research to gain hands-on experience of how they can introduce circular economy principles into their lives and develop the skills to reduce the environmental, economic and social impacts of a linear economy.

The unit teaches students to apply an entrepreneurial skill set, toolset and mindset to circular economy. Topics include global perspectives, consumer usage, the ‘10 Rs’ of circular economy, government and policy, and much more.

This package is designed with student engagement and experience at the forefront to ensure it enables students to develop the skills necessary for their future careers, and the future of circular economy.
