Kim Franks
Kim Franks is the Vice-President (People & Culture) at Southern Cross University.
Kim has a wealth of experience leading people and culture teams in the resources and mining industry and professional services environments. She has a track record of creating workplaces that enable employees to thrive in their careers and her experience has spanned disciplines including change management, culture transformation, leadership and talent development, employee engagement, business partnering and employee relations.
She is passionate about enabling people to reach their full potential and has a genuine interest in what motivates people, what drives them to become a committed member of a team and what inspires excellence in their work.
As a member of the University’s executive, Kim leads the People & Culture portfolio that is comprised of Human Resources, Workplace Relations, Safety and Organisational Development teams.
