Lee-Ann is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at SCU. Before joining Monash in 2019, she was a primary school teacher, having taught for many years in two countries and four states. Lee-Ann holds an M. Ed from UWA and a B.A. from the University of South Africa. Prior to entering academia, she formerly mentored graduate teachers through their first year of teaching and VIT registration. Lee-Ann has two research foci: graduate/novice teachers’ early career experiences and influences on career choice; and institutional responses to COVID-19 and remote teaching/learning.
