I am a proud Ngadjuri woman from mid north South Australia with ancestral connections to Bundjalung Nation in Northern NSW. I have been in adult education for 20 years and I have lived in and worked with First Nations communities all over the world. I have a master's degree in women's studies and a PhD in Indigenous Knowledges. My research area of expertise is radically challenging race-based violence in institutions, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Indigenous Pedagogy, Planetary Health and First Nations Health.
