Through hands-on practice in nursing laboratory sessions, interactive online activities, and a 120-hour clinical placement, students develop confidence and competence in conducting evidence-based, system-focused nursing assessments.
In addition to her leadership in this unit, Madeleine teaches across a range of nursing programs, including the Bachelor of Nursing, the Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse pathway, and the Master of Nursing. Her dedication to student success and innovative teaching methods ensures graduates are prepared for the dynamic and complex demands of modern healthcare.
