Unpaid student fees

Student fees are due and payable as specified on your individual student debt enquiry window in My Enrolment. Payment of the prescribed fees is a pre-requisite to the confirmation of an enrolment by the University.

If any fees payable by you remain unpaid after the due date a fee reminder notice will be issued to you. If your fees remain unpaid after the date of issue of this reminder notice you will be placed on student FEE sanctions. Student Sanctions may take the form of one, or more, of the following:

  • withdrawal of approval to enrol;
  • withholding of Notification of Assessment;
  • non-issue of a Transcript of Academic Record or Testamur.
