- The reading lists for units are accessible via a link in MySCU.
- In myReadings, essential readings are easily identified, and by creating a profile and logging in students can add their own study notes to readings.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Click the myReadings list from within your unit's MySCU site or search myReadings. To get the best results, make sure you log in to myReadings before you start searching, using your SCU network login. We also recommend that you set up a profile the first time you login. You need only do this once. You will then be able to make notes for your readings, and set reading intentions.
Q: How can I edit my profile?
A: You can edit your profile after you log in to myReadings
- Click on your name under the 'myReadings' heading at the top right of the screen.
- Click on 'Edit', under your name at the top left of the next screen.
Q: How do I get to the full text of a reading?
A: Click on the 'Online resource' button on the right of your list next to the item you want to view. In most cases, this will take you straight through to the item. However, where we have had to scan and upload a document, the 'Online resource' button will take you to the reading details screen. Scroll down to see the item itself. You can then choose to print, download or view in full screen.
