Standard Operating Environment (SOE)

In order to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of technology support, Technology Services has implemented a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for all SCU workstations.

Data exchange between staff is also enhanced when all staff are using the same operating system and applications. As equipment is replaced systems should be upgraded to meet this standard.
