Campus or Course Transfer

Campus Transfer within Southern Cross University

If you start your course at one campus and wish to transfer to another SCU campus there are certain requirements that must be satisfied before the transfer is approved. The minimum eligibility requirements for a campus transfer are:

  • Students on intervention for unsatisfactory academic performance will not be considered; and
  • Have no outstanding grades or special exams at the current location/campus; and
  • No outstanding fees remaining on the student record. All outstanding debts must be cleared from the student account prior to application; and
  • The course must be offered at the requested destination campus, including unit availabilities; and
  • The student must have an approved study plan for the destination campus. A transfer that requires an extension to a CoE due to the revised study plan will not be considered.

Director, SCU International may consider a transfer request from a commencing or continuing student if it is supported by sufficient evidence indicating compassionate or compelling circumstances.

If you meet all of these criteria you should apply on the Application for Campus Transfer form. In order for your application to be considered, all sections of the form must be complete.
