School Access & Engagement
Southern Cross University provides a range of programs and activities for primary and high school students to experience university.
The Equity & Diversity Office coordinates UNI-BOUND which provides participating students with opportunities to experience university and encourages their interest in investigating post-school study options.
UNI-BOUND High currently partners with 19 secondary schools from the Gold Coast to Kempsey and focuses on students in years 7, 8 and 9.
UNI-BOUND Primary currently partners with 19 primary schools in the northern New South Wales region and focuses on students in years 5 and 6.
The Equity & Diversity Office facilitates the University's contribution to Stellar which seeks to improve the participation of students from communities under-represented in higher education.
Developed by the Clarence Valley Industry and Education Forum (CVIEF), Stellar works through a whole-of-community approach to support students to reach their goals.
