The School of Arts and Social Sciences facilities for music students are located in the creative and performing arts precinct at Southern Cross University's Lismore campus.

Studio A

This is the main recording studio of the D Block complex. It is used for the teaching and practice of music production, audio engineering and composition. It includes the large control room (D112) with a large, shared recording area (D118) and two shared isolation booths (D116 and D113).

Studio B

This small acoustically-designed control room (D115) with recording areas and microphones, is shared with Studio A and is used for the teaching and practice of music production, audio engineering and composition.

Studio C

This small multitrack studio (D117) is used for teaching, demo recordings and practice. It is linked to D118 (CentreSpace).

Studio D

This is a medium-sized studio (D218) used for digital audio research and the teaching and practice of advanced digital recording, editing and mastering. It has access to Studio One29 - the concert/performance space.

Studio E (composition studio)

This small multitrack studio (D140) is used for teaching, demo recordings and practice. It is linked to D137 (Bass).
