Coffs Harbour campus

The Coffs Harbour campus offers a friendly learning environment and contemporary teaching facilities including a purpose-built nursing laboratory, complete with simulated wards. A new sport and recreation centre was completed in 2009. Student accommodation in a peaceful setting is located just minutes away from the academic precinct.

Then, SCU's Coffs Harbour Campus, situated on the picturesque mid north coast in Coffs Harbour, is for you.

The campus offers undergraduate and post-graduate courses in: Arts; Psychology; Social Science; Business Studies; Hotel and Resort Management; Information Technology; Early Childhood Education; Primary Education; Secondary Education; Nursing; a graduate program in Community Development and Emergency Management. Southern Cross University also offers world-class marine science teaching and research facilities at the National Marine Science Centre, located in walking distance to Charlesworth Bay and adjacent to the Solitary Islands Marine Park.

In addition to our high quality degree and diploma courses, staff conduct research in areas related to teaching courses (such as Psychology, IT and Business), we participate in a Co-operative Research Centre for Remote Economic Participation and sustainable settlements research, we have exciting developments in the ASLaRC Aged Services Unit, aquaculture research with strong connections to industry, an active Women in IT Program (WIT) and we work with the Area Health Services, the North Coast TAFE and the University of New South Wales in other projects.
